From my "Bad Hair Day" series.
Photoshop 7.
Quite a bit of time, can't give an exact number nor even an estimate. The stockings alone almost broke me.

Inspired a bit by N. Rockwell... as I love that he could tell a story with a painting... and though no one might get my stories, I want to be able to do that as well. There's a few issues, perhaps I'll fix them, but for now I'm leaving it as is.
