Alright, it's finished. I started this on Christmas eve (the night before Christmas and all thru the house, not a creature was stirring... except that chick scribbling away), and didn't work on it very much on Christmas... Finished today
the day after
So it was a quickie in comparison to the sketch I'm working on. This was a request, I really know very little about Bjork, and am not too fond of the songs I've heard. My friend Rob (the one who asked me to draw Thom Yorke) adores the chick, and asked me to draw her. So now I'm typing this description... erm... yeah

Technical stuff- Stonehenge printmaker paper, cut into a goodsized slab, HB, 2B-6B pencils, and a lot of love and respect to my teacher,
were it not for him, this would be but a joke of a sketch. His training has helped me come a long way in a short time, and I hope to continue on. Thanks!
Oh yes, used a photo reference, of course. I don't know where Rob got the photo, he e-mailed it to me, but I assume that you can do a search for "BJork" and find it

That is very beautiful. I just discarded a try on a portrait and hour ago. lol. All pissed of. This makes me happy to look at though. I want to make something like this. :)

It's a tremendous likeness, I think. I love how that strand of hair found its way into her mouth.

That's a very nice gesture, spending so much time on someone you don't even care for.
