another pin-up sketch for the beer company project - i really like the hipstamatic colours so I tried to incorporate a bit of that feel to the borders

This is not being used for the campaign hence my ability to post it. It's sole purpose was to demonstrate understanding of desired style but it was understood it would be for my personal use/gallery addition.

I really like this, I think the whole thing just sort of flows, an as always I am a fan of your work! I really love how her body language is all shy and modest but when you take a closer look at her eyes it is almost as if she is just staring at you in shock. There is something very powerful about this piece, and as a art appreciator, I would have to say that it is great as a whole! I love the little details you added, like the bows, It ties the whole girl together, makes her look... complete. I do have to ask though, was her hairline supposed to be so harsh? Not that I don't love it I was just wondering. All in all I think the piece comes together splendidly as a whole and really enhances a certain look that you are trying to portray.

Really love those colours! Love those shoes as well. Absolutely got that 40's/50's look nailed with her hair and that bow.

Yeah they really like the "peek-a-view" style with a touch of modern so I'm trying to work out my kinks with the emulation and I feel I hit where I wanted to here.

I tried to tone down the colours overall but couldnt help a bit of high saturation in places - old habits die hard! : D

Well this isn't an advertisement for beer so I'm thinking it's ok if it doesn't hit that mark.

But naked? Really? You have to be a bit of a prude to think that way so I'm just thinking perhaps it's one of those different strokes type deals.
